Are you looking for a 10/10 podcast episode with powerhouse Carolyn Aronson, the founder and CEO of It’s a 10 Haircare? If so, we’ve got you covered!

Carolyn is a self-made entrepreneur, and if you’ve ever picked up a bottle of the iconic Miracle Leave-In Product, you already know the magic her brand brings to hair routines everywhere.

Carolyn started her career as a stylist, and to this day, she has a soft spot in her heart for professionals everywhere. As a stylist, Carolyn was frustrated that brands produced dozens of products with single benefits and hard-to-follow claims. Instead, she wished for a single product with all of the benefits in ONE bottle.

This was the vision for her brand, but unfortunately, her first go-around wasn’t quite a success. However, being the hustler that she is, this wasn’t enough to make Carolyn give up. With the few funds that were left, she built It’s a 10 Haircare from the ashes.

Today, Carolyn is not just the CEO of It’s a 10 Haircare; she’s the full owner, having bought out her partner in 2017. Since then, she hasn’t slowed down. From one brand to the next, It’s a 10 Haircare has become a full-fledged enterprise.

From her men’s line, Rewind it 10 to acquiring Nisim® in December 2023, there is no limit to what Carolyn foresees for the brand.

However, this episode is not only about Carolyn’s professional journey. This week, we are also talking about what it takes to be a successful founder, as well as celebrating female CEO’s everywhere!
