Andis Company has officially welcomed two new faces to their Global Education Team. The professional barbering company recently announced Daniel Montalvo and Dharmesh “Dodo” Hingorani as its newest global educators. With this new appointment, Motalvo and Hingorani join 45 other educators from around the world who make up Andis Company’s Global Education Team.
“I’m thrilled to add more international barbering talent to our roster of global educators,” said Angie Perino, Andis® Global Education Manager. “Both Dodo and Daniel are incredibly talented. They’re strong advocates for barbering education locally, but, most importantly, they are committed to bettering the next generation of barbers and stylists, no matter where they’re from or what stage in their career.”
Montalvo has been in the industry for over 15 years, and flaunts an impressive pedigree. He owns three barbershops, a micropigmentation and tattoo studio, an eyelash studio, and a training academy. He has also been highly celebrated in the industry, receiving numerous awards as well as multiple wins at Barber Match México.
Along with being a talented barber and entrepreneur, Montalvo is constantly searching for ways to give back to his community. He has organized for his barbers to give free haircuts at rehab centers. He has also arranged for educational events in Mexico so that a career in hair and beauty can be attainable for anyone regardless of their financial situation. It is certainly not surprising that Montalvo is extremely excited to join the Andis Global Education team. He is looking forward to sharing the company’s legacy and teachings in Mexico and Latin America.
