NEW From The Tease! We’re expanding our Universe with the new Tease Talks podcast, a monthly business centered podcast to talk about retail in the salon space.

Are you overwhelmed by building your business but determined to make it work at whatever cost? Welcome to Tease Talks. This  digital media series is focused on providing business centered bite-sized pieces of content for those in the beauty industry. Working to connect with hair stylists, aestheticians, makeup artists, massage therapists and salon owners from around the world to educate and inspire pushing further in the beauty industry.

We’re kicking off the series with JCPenney Master Stylist and Artistic Educator Brendnetta Ashley working to define and explain the idea of ‘Retail Culture.’

With Brendnetta’s experience, she has learned some of the major tricks to making retail in the salon a less cringy, more comfortable experience. Some of our top takeaways include knowing 3 benefits of every product in the salon so that you always have something to say about it and treating retail like a conversation.

When you know where to add in the benefits and pros of the product then you don’t feel as if you have to force the product into your clients hands at the end of the appointment. Patients listen to their doctors instructions, so why don’t clients listen to their salon professionals? Let’s change that together.

Follow Tease Talks wherever you stream for some business centered content every month!
