Now, the brand is taking their commitment to making the world a little greener and cleaner a step further with a brand new partnership.
This year, in honor of Earth Month, Unwrapped Life has teamed up with environmentally conscious nonprofit, One Tree Planted, to work towards their joint mission of planting 10,000 trees in British Columbia, Canada to aid with reforestation efforts. As part of this partnership, the plastic-free haircare brand will be relaunching their limited-edition shampoo and conditioner bar called “The Healer”. With every purchase of this wash-day duo, proceeds will go towards helping to replant trees and restore Canada’s west coast landscape that was damaged by wildfires in 2021.
Considering how last year Unwrapped Life’s “The Healer” hair bars were able to help collect over 2,700,000 ocean-bound plastic bottles, through their partnership with Plastic Bank, there’s no doubt that their efforts this time around will be just as amazing.
And, not only will these limited-edition hair bars do some good for the environment, but they’ll also do a lot of good for your strands, too! Inspired by the healing powers of Earth and Water, these bars are infused with a revitalizing blend of essential oils including orange bitters, distilled lime, tonka, and vanilla. In addition, the shampoo bar also contains Vitamin C-rich amla oil to improve your overall scalp and hair condition, while the conditioner bar features a unique blend of broccoli seed, Tamanu, and a unique blend of Abyssinian seed to control frizz and add shine.
