Wigs for Kids, the nation’s oldest and largest hair donation organization, has expanded their board of directors with two new additions. As of February 15, 2023, Frank Fulco and Annie Caicei have become new board members. In their new roles, the two professionals will help support the incredible work Wigs for Kids does across the country.
“It is with great pride that we welcome Frank Fulco and Annie Caicei to our incredible team and Board of Directors at Wigs For Kids,” said Jeffrey Paul, Founder and Executive Director of Wigs For Kids. “Their knowledge and dedication to our mission will enable us to further enhance the lives of children who are facing medical-related hair loss. We are grateful for their contributions and look forward to the many ways in which they will help us make a meaningful difference in the world!”

Fulco holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of America’s Beauty Show by Cosmetologists Chicago. He has used his influence here to connect Wigs for Kids with more than 250 beauty and personal care brands. He also served on the Board of Directors of New Concepts Hair Goods by Sthair, allowing him to understand firsthand how manufacturing and distribution works in the hairpiece industry. Fulco’s knowledge of planning, digital marketing, and his vast beauty industry connections have prepared him to be an extremely advantageous member of the Wigs for Kids board.

Caicei currently works at Marcus Thomas LLC as a marketing executive. Given that she was a recipient of the Wigs for Kids program herself, she has a long standing involvement and passion about the organization and its work. The Ohio University grad has served as an active fundraiser and public spokesperson for Wigs for Kids, so it is extremely exciting to see her join the board. She even earned the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage’s 2018 “Stop The Hate” Award for her dedication and advocacy to children with hair loss.
Since 1981, Wigs for Kids has been devoted to helping children with hair loss feel their absolute best. To learn more about the organization, check out their website or follow their Instagram!
