This revolutionary gloss-to-oil formula provides instant shine and intense moisture while strengthening hair strands. Halligan tells us that the Supreme Shine Strengthening Oil is an excellent choice for clients with thick, curly, or coily hair. She adds, “It enhances curly and twist-out styles while delivering essential shine and moisture to dense hair, which often appears dull due to uneven cuticle structure that scatters light.”
How to Use:
- Add a pea-size amount of the product and warm it into the palms of hands to see the gloss-to-oil transformation of this pearlescent formula. Then apply to strands, working in sections and adding more as needed to get an even application.

How to Use:
