The Mean Girls actress made an appearance at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscars Party on March 2, looking gorgeous as ever in an elegant white Balenciaga gown. As beautiful as her look was overall, what really caught our attention was her radiant new hair color.
For the star’s big night, Schwarzkopf Professional’s U.S. Creative Director of Color & Technique, Tracey Cunningham, created a warm, sultry blonde that she’s dubbed, “Honeycomb Blonde.” To achieve this stunning transformation, Cunningham took Lohan’s hair to a luminous strawberry blonde using Schwarzkopf Professional BLONDEME 9+, wanting to achieve a color that gives off an elevated, modern glamour. In order to give Lohan’s new color a soft, sunlit glow, a mix of foils and foliage were placed around her hairline to create a bright, natural blend while still keeping her color looking seamless and balanced.
Before hitting the red carpet, Lohan’s newly honeycomb blonde locks were styled with a middle part, flowing straight down her back, thanks to celebrity hairstylist Danielle Priano. Considering how beautiful her new hair color is, we wouldn’t be surprised at all to see warm blonde shades start to trend for spring. For anyone interested in achieving a color similar to Lohan’s honeycomb blonde, their best bet is to ask their hairstylist for a “Sparkling Blonde with Controlled Gold.” This shade mimics the depth and shine of sparkling apple cider while still giving off a sophisticated, modern finish, making it perfect for anyone wanting a rich, high-shine blonde.
