Fekkai Celebrates 35th Anniversary By Introducing Professional Ambassadors—Meet the Fekkai Five Collective

04/24/2024

Fekkai is celebrating its 35th anniversary in a very big way, with the launch of its first-ever professional ambassador program: The Fekkai Five Collective.

The collective, which was hand-picked by founder Frédéric Fekkai himself, brings together five renowned hairstylists to honor the brands 35 years of heritage, innovation, and dedication to salon excellence in hairstyling: Jenny Cho, Marissa Marino, Lona Vigi, Graham Nation, and Marty Harper.

Each of these stylists are not only known for their unique styles and artistic backgrounds, but also represent an individual mastery—from celebrity red-carpet styling to backstage fashion, to cutting and editorial expertise, to trend forecasting and creativity. This fivesome collectively highlights the unique craftsmanship and diversity within the world of hairstyling, as well as Fekkai’s decades-long commitment to collaboration.

“As we celebrate our 35th anniversary, we are embracing the chance to reflect on the past of the brand, as well as my own career,” said Fekkai. “Fekkai was born out of my salon-to-studio expertise, and the Fekkai Five Collective personifies just that: a nod to the past, and a celebration of the future of the brand. Together, they also represent the next 35 years of Fekkai and beyond: masters that continue to redefine the conversation around style, fashion, and individuality.”

Per WWD’s report, the Fekkai Five Collective will “represent Fekkai at various events such as the Met Gala and the Grammys when the opportunity arises, as well as at fashion weeks and on shoots.”
