But after one final session pushed her to the breaking point, she made the decision to start from scratch.

In 2014, Nickie began crafting her own formulas in her kitchen. She was always determined to develop products that were chemical-free, trustworthy, and actually worked on textured hair. What started as a personal solution quickly evolved into something bigger. With encouragement from other women facing the same struggles, Nickie launched Curls Dynasty— a premium line of natural haircare products now sold in major retailers like Target and Walmart.

Today, Curls Dynasty offers a full range of organic cleansers, conditioners, masques, and more, all designed to meet people where they are in their natural hair journey.
