Luxury Brand Partners tapped industry veteran Charlotte Watson as R+Co’s Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer.
In this new role, Watson will oversee global marketing and branding across the R+Co portfolio, further strengthening the voice for R+Co, R+Co BLEU, R+COLOR and R+Co Education. R+Co is, of course, the cutting-edge product line using hairdresser-driven formulas that embody experimentation, design, artistry, passion and curiosity. Watson will help accelerate growth across the brands through industry-leading products, world class education and pro-centric content.

As CMO of OLAPLEX, she built a high performing team across digital, marketing, product and consumer engagement. Additional past roles include Chief Marketing Officer for Hourglass Cosmetics (Unilever Prestige) as well as leadership positions at global CPG and retail brands, including Pandora Jewelry, Michael Kors and LVMH.
