The haircare brand, which was founded by celebrity hairstylist Kristin Ess, recently announced the launch of its very own Hair Artistry Team. This exclusive team of seven female hairstylists includes Amanda Lee, Cody Ainey, Jackie Seabrooke, Kiley Fitzgerald, Marissa Marino, Sabrina Porsche, and Trace Henningsen.
Each member of this dream team brings a wealth of experience, from styling red carpet looks for A-list celebrities to creating iconic styles for “It-girl” influencers and photoshoots to creating their own educational content. United by a shared passion for the Kristin Ess brand, they each offer their own distinct expertise, elevating the brand with their diverse talent and unique perspectives.

After honing skills in a variety of techniques and styles, they moved to New York two years ago to further expand their expertise and creativity. With a strong focus on hair health and education, Ainey is committed to empowering clients with knowledge and providing them with the best possible care for their hair. For Ainey, maintaining the integrity of hair is key. Marino started her career as Ken Paves’ first assistant, where she received invaluable training in everything from coloring and styling wigs to how to thrive under pressure. For nine years, she worked at the acclaimed Nine Zero One salon, and was responsible for setting many trends in the hair industry. In 2013, Marino joined Selena Gomez for her Stars Dance World Tour, where she styled her hair for nightly shows. She has also contributed to high-profile red carpet events and editorial shoots. Hailing from San Jose, CA, Porsche has over 22 years of experience working as a hairstylist. She got her start assisting in her aunt’s salon, sweeping floors and shampooing clients as early as junior high. By her junior year of high school, she was already enrolled in cosmetology school through a vocational program, laying the groundwork for her future in hairstyling. In 2016, Porsche took on her first photoshoot, which opened the door to the entertainment industry and launched her career as a celebrity hairstylist.
