She shares her beginnings and her experiences as a hairstylist, award-winning competitor, independent educator, published and celebrated artist, and most of all inspiring mentor. With three decades under her belt, Miki Wright is one of the first African American owners of a full service Salon and Day Spa in the U.S. Her salon was featured as one of the best in the country in countless publishings, such as Essence Magazine and the Washington Post.
