Tune in to hear about their inspiring and different story as well as some tips and tricks to being in the beauty industry.

“Initially, we didn’t want to be coaches. Like, that wasn’t the goal. The goal was just to give resources like create courses and education. And we kind of fell into it, like we were on social media. And people were just responding and being like, you know, can you talk more about this? Can you teach more about that? And we just really just fell into coaching.”

“And then also one of the bigger issues that we see amongst teams is communication. Yeah. Communication, management, leadership, those kinds of things aren’t super strong.”

“But yeah, school doesn’t teach you how to run a business. Like they don’t, right. And just like I learned, being great at services, did not guarantee that my business was going to be successful. I had to go and figure out how to sell all those things.”
