Celebrity hairstylist, brand founder and social media influencer Jen Atkin took to Instagram last week to share with her 3.4 million followers that she’s releasing a new book. The industry icon shared the news with the caption, “They said I could call it whatever I want…sorry Mom!” in reference to the book’s fitting title, Blowing My Way to the Top.
Blowing My Way to the Top chronicles Atkin’s life before she became one of the most well-known hairstylists. She describes her journey to success through lessons she’s learned, mistakes she’s made and memorable moments she’s experienced along the way. Atkin’s website describes the book as “inspiring, insightful, and laugh-out-loud funny.”
