Four founders and four bold visions for the future of professional hair! Last night, amika welcomed its fourth Rooted in Growth cohort, continuing the brand’s investment in emerging founders shaping the industry.
Presented in partnership with the Fifteen Percent Pledge, the grant program gives each founder $50K, four months of mentorship, and access to the resources and relationships needed to grow their business.

Meet the 2026-2027 Cohort
Isfahan Chambers Harris, Alodia Hair Care: A doctor and trichologist-developed hair and scalp health company transforming textured hair care through science-backed products, personalized technology and telehealth with prescription treatments, creating a more connected and comprehensive approach to hair and scalp wellness.
Kendria Strong, ROOTED REVIVall: A clinical-holistic haircare brand developing cuticle-mending peptide treatments designed to repair and strengthen damaged hair while reducing breakage and tangles.
