The 17 Celebrity Hairstyles That Defined 2020

12/29/2020

To say that 2020 has been a year like no other would be a serious understatement. Between the unprecedented election season, deadly and dangerous coronavirus pandemic, and the record-breaking amount of natural disasters that we faced, there’s so much to reflect on as the year comes to a close.

But, despite all of the crazy chaos that we experienced, we were all still able to find some joy and an escape, in the incredible hairstyles that our favorite celebrities (and their hairstylists!) served us all year long. From Dwyane’s ever-changing buzzcut art to Zendaya and Yara Shahidi’s strong braid game and all of those quarantine dye jobs, there were plenty of celebrity hair looks that we couldn’t stop thinking about.

As we get ready to usher in 2021, let’s take a quick look back at the good, the dramatic, and the very, very memorable hairstyles that defined 2020.
