Each month, we’ll be highlighting the products that our editors can’t and won’t stop talking about. Below, see their top picks for the month of November.

Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch Original

“This is the best acne patch that I’ve tried! It’s my go-to for any sort of blemish that I’m dealing with. Just make sure to leave them on for as long as the package says!” —Katie Allen, social media coordinator

Shop: Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch Original, $12.99

LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

“This lip mask is everything. It’s moisturizing, soothing, and long-lasting! I started regularly using it as the weather has started to cool down, and it has kept my lips looking and feeling their best. Although you’re supposed to use it as an overnight mask, I’ve been also using it as a lip balm throughout the day, and it’s been great.” —Emily Lentz, beauty features editor

Shop: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask, $22.00

EVENPRIME Hypernova Eye Serum

“Pricey only because I’m spoiled by everything Versed, but definitely worth the price given the way it makes my under eyes look and feel. 2020 has been tough on my face. I love that they’re all about ‘clean, science-backed ingredients,’ as well as the fact that they’re cruelty-free and vegan.” — Jeffrey Lunnen, Volume Up podcast co-host and VP of digital content

Shop: EVENPRIME Hypernova Eye Serum, $36.00

R + Co Waterfall Moisture Shine Lotion

“This R + Co hair lotion may just be one of the best-smelling hair products that I have ever smelled. No lie, the scent is just that good! But scent aside, this lightweight cream does wonders for the ends of my hair, keeping it soft and moisturized – all without leaving it feeling greasy or weighed down.” — Camille Nzengung, hair features editor

Shop: R + Co Waterfall Moisture Shine Lotion, $29.00

Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector

“I started using this hair treatment once a week and now I never go a week without it. My hair has never felt so soft after a shower. Now, it’s super shiny and tangle-free!” — K.A

Shop: Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector, $28.00

IGK First Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo

“IGK’s dry shampoo has been my go-to since the beginning of COVID-19 lockdowns. Not only does it smell good, but it rids of any greasiness and adds volume with such ease. It leaves my hair feeling revived and styled even when I don’t put in much effort.” — E. L.

Shop: IGK First Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo, $27.00

Versed Dew Point Moisturizing Gel Cream

“I’m never without this cream. It’s lightweight and jelly-like which feels nice and cooling in the morning. It absorbs nicely (and fast). I never feel greasy afterwards. Plus, it’s clean and inexpensive so I never feel bad about applying liberally.” —J.L.

Shop: Versed Dew Point Moisturizing Gel Cream, $14.99

Bio-Oil Multiuse Skincare Oil

“This oil is literally magic in a bottle! So many celebrities from Meghan Markle and Priyanka Chopra to even Kim Kardashian swear by this peachy-pink serum and I totally see why. This multi-purpose miracle oil (which smells amazing, in case you were wondering!) not only keeps your skin super moisturized but it also reduces the appearance of acne scars, wrinkles, and stretch marks. I love to apply a few drops to my face after cleansing. Though, when I want to feel super luxe, I will seriously coat my entire body in this stuff from head-to-toe. It’s so amazing that I even got my mom hooked on it and she’s super picky about her skincare products!” —C.N.

Shop: Bio-Oil Multiuse Skincare Oil, $9.74

The Ordinary 100% Plant Derived Squalane

“This solution keeps me hydrated especially during the drier months. I use it almost every night and a little goes such a long way. I also love that it’s vegan (and not too pricey!)”  —K.A.

Shop: The Ordinary 100% Plant Derived Squalane, $7.90

L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara

“This mascara is a game-changer! Not only does it provide length and volume, but it adds a little curl and perfectly combs out my lashes as well. Not to mention, there’s no fall out or clumping. Lash Paradise is known as a dupe for the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, but spoiler: I think it’s better!” —E.L.

Shop: L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara, $10.99

Versed Day Maker Microcrystal Exfoliator

“If I could use this more than 1-2x weekly, I would. Everyone (even me) knows that the key to good skin is exfoliating. This exfoliator sloughs off the gross stuff with a ‘100% plant-based, biodegradable alternative to microbeads.’ Plastic microbeads are gross, too. Get this stuff.”  —J.L.

Shop: Versed Day Maker Microcrystal Exfoliator, 16.99

They come in packs of three and are made of 100% percent cotton so they are super light and breathable. Everytime that I wear mine out, I always receive a ton of compliments!” —C.N.
