Wahl Professional is making top-notch hair education much more accessible to salon pros everywhere thanks to their newest launch.
The professional barbering brand recently debuted a new on-demand global education platform exclusively for barbers and hairstylists. This cutting-edge educational hub offers a range of virtual and in-person classes suited towards both industry veterans and beginners. These on-demand video courses each run about an hour long and led by some of the most renowned educators from across the globe. All of the courses, which cover the latest techniques and trends in the industry, are taught in English, but are globally accessible.
Speaking about the brand’s new platform, Wahl’s Global Director of Education Stephanie Polansky shared, “At our core, we are devoted to education and empowering professionals. We hold a special appreciation for in-person learning, which is why our live events persist. However, we recognize the importance of having access to education at anytime and anywhere.”
On Wahl’s education platform, all of the courses will be free to barbers and stylists, with the exception of the Future Maker Collection courses which are paid-for content. Users can expect a new course to drop on the platform every two to three weeks. Some of the education courses that are currently available include High Skin Fade, Taper Blending Techniques, and Tapered Long Trim.
