If you’re a beauty pro based in Orlando, Florida, you’re going to want to pay attention. Booksy is investing $5,000 into one local Orlando beauty professional whose business is ready for a major upgrade.
The “Salon Glow Up Orlando” competition, hosted by Booksy, will help identify one deserving Orlando-based barber, nail technician, or hairstylist to help take their space to the next level and give their salon a major glow up. “This competition was designed to spotlight the many talented and hardworking beauty and barber professionals in the Orlando area,” explains Gus Murillo, Director, Global Creative & Community at Booksy. He adds, “We are excited to help one Orlando beauty pro take their business to the next level by elevating their space, improving their client experience, and leveling up how their business shows up.”
Orlando barbers, nail technicians, and hairstylists can enter to win online via Booksy’s Instagram. Complete the entry form, share your story about your beauty salon or barber shop as well as what improvements you’re looking to make, and upload photos of your current space, for a chance to win. The prize money can go towards several improvements, including stations or furniture improvements, lighting or layout upgrades, branding or visual refreshes, functional improvements that elevate the client experience, and more.
Entries for the “Salon Glow Up Orlando” competition close on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The winner will be announced on Booksy’s social media, @booksybiz, on May 13, 2026.
