“Hacks” star Meg Stalter knows how to make an entrance. At the 2026 Actor Awards (formerly known as the SAG awards) she topped all of her previous red carpet appearances, channelling none other than Donatella Versace complete with platinum hair and prop cigarette.

“For Megan’s SAG Awards look, we decided to go our own way and lean into something bold and iconic. The inspiration was pure Donatella Versace energy — super long, ultra-platinum, and unapologetically glamorous. We wanted the hair to feel sexy, campy, and completely show-stopping — classic Megan Stalter, brought to life with amika,” Hakwins tells The Tease. Scroll for more.
Get the Look:
- Prep your wig before beginning the hair by washing and deep-conditioning it with Soulfood Nourishing Mask ($36.00), then let it air-dry.
- Iron the hair with a straightener to get it as straight and flat as possible, which is crucial for a good wig lay.

- Next, glue the wig down. Once it’s secured, create soft bends in the hair using the same hot tool we started with.
