House of Dear is a Clean Hair Brand Created With Everyone in Mind

12/28/2020

As a longtime hairstylist and founder of notable Dallas salon, Dear Clark, it’s safe to say that Holly Dear knows a thing or two about hair. After all, she’s spent the majority of her career working with various hair textures as well as listening to feedback from her diverse client base. With all of this incredible experience, it was really only a matter of time before she would create her very own product line: House of Dear.

Launching in January 2021, House of Dear is a new clean line of hair care essentials that was created with all hair types in mind. The six-product lineup is full of hair routine must-haves like a color-safe shampoo, a hydrating conditioner, and multi-use styling cream. According to Dear, the hero product of the line is the Resurrecting Balm, a multi-purpose balm that works for both hair and body.

When it came to the line’s product formulas, Dear drew much of her inspiration from skincare. Each product is formulated with skin-friendly ingredients such as aloe vera, sunflower seed oil, witch hazel, and Rose of Jericho—which all work together to keep your hair and scalp hydrated as well as healthy. Not to mention, all of the products are free of parabens, sulfates, phosphates, silicones, phthalates, and ethoxylated ingredients.

If House of Dear’s clean ingredients don’t convince you to give their products a try, their luxurious packaging surely will. The entire line comes housed in sleek black bottles and jars that will no doubt look stunning sitting in any shower or vanity. But appearance aside, the line is also gender-neutral and comes with an affordable price point —everything is priced under $35.
