You’re not imagining it. Content creator Quenlin Blackwell is everywhere. She’s feeding starving celebrities, a face of MAC, and, most recently, hosting on the ’26 Vanity Fair Oscar Party red carpet in Chanel no less.
Blackwell teamed up with celebrity hairstylist Jacob Dillon for the evening who created a stunning, ethereal-boho-braid-and-wave style with the chicest face-framing bits for a look that everyone’s going to want to copy.
Dillon tells The Tease, “We wanted to go for a carefree, ethereal look that felt soft, effortless, and true to Quenlin’s natural texture. Since she was wearing a romantic floral and feathered ‘vanille’ knit gown, the hair was designed to complement that energy. Light, airy, and slightly undone, with volume and a soft, wispy fringe to frame the face. The goal was something that felt polished but still playful and easy.”
Read on for the steps Dillon took as well as the exact Rizos Curls products he used for the look.

Get the Look:
- Prep the hair with Rizos Curls Hydrating Shampoo ($22.00) and Rizos Curls Deep Conditioner ($22.00) to cleanse and replenish moisture, creating the perfect foundation for styling.
- While the hair is still wet, apply Rizos Curls Curl Defining Mousse ($23.00) to help set the curl pattern and provide lightweight hold.
- Once the product is evenly distributed, blow-dry the hair to about a medium dry to maintain some natural texture while building volume.
- After drying, shape the hair into the desired style and finish by adding a soft, wispy fringe in the front for a subtle, effortless frame around the face.
- To complete the look, use the Rizos Curls Sleek Styling Cream + Taming Wand ($16.00) to smooth down any flyaways and polish the style.
