Step Inside the House of Wella SS26 Event

03/06/2026

To ring in the spring season, Wella Studios welcomed guests from around the country to the brand’s iconic House of Wella SS26 event. The immersive night was designed to showcase innovation, artistry, and community at their Calabasas headquarters.

Anchored in Wella’s R.I.S.E. philosophy — relationships, inspiration, science, and education — the night was carefully curated to merge the love for the Wella community and the undeniable craft, knowledge, and creativeness within each artist. The studio was filled with a multitude of entertaining live demos, crafty breakout workshops, and hands-on activations. Thoughtful details like curated bites, signature drinks, and multiple photo ops kept the room bright and buzzing with excitement.

First to hit the Wella stage was Nikki Lee, whose renowned work has been celebrated across many celebrities and artists alike. She walked attendees through “Surreal Blonding,” letting guests know how they can create AI-inspired color at the salon. Her approach to multi dimensional blonding leaned into lightweight luminosity, delivering soft, wearable brightness with elevated technique behind it.

Next, the talented Daniel Mora introduced everyone to Smooth Filler, Wella’s new demi permanent smoothing treatment designed to deliver up to three months of smoother hair. Mora highlighted how seamlessly the service can live on a salon menu as a customizable add on that boosts both results and revenue.

Closing the demo series, Sebastian Pro’s longtime ambassador Marylle Koken showcased the bold evolution of styling through Sebastian Professional techniques, bringing editorial edge, and creative confidence to the stage along with her witty and undeniable charisma.

After the main presentations, there were multiple breakout rooms which allowed insightful deep dives into clever techniques, insider product knowledge, and the ability to test and play with different products. As if that wasn’t already alluring enough, every attendee left with a graciously stacked goodie bag featuring some of the night’s standout launches.

The House of Wella SS26 Trend Experience felt less was a beautifully creative reminder of how inspirational the hair industry is and the importance of the intersectionality between artistry, community, and education.
