No surprise, Lupita Nyong’o stunned at the New York City premiere of her buzzed about film “The Odyssey,” from writer-director Christopher Nolan. Celebrity makeup artist Nick Barose was responsible for Nyong’o’s glam, writing on Instagram that he was inspired by “epic 50s and 60s Sword and Sandal films.”
Barose noted that her look was “Femme Fatale winged-out eyes with defined crease and iridescent gold details, paired with long, flirty, feathery lashes with angular, high arched brows for the full classic Hollywood screen goddess effect.” He created the look using a customized mix of the Cluster Palette Kit from I-ENVY, I-ENVY The Classic Timeless Wispy, Super Strong Waterproof Glue, Maxi Bond and Press & Go Applicator.
