Andis Just Majorly Switched Up Their Look — Here’s Everything We Know

A new era of Andis is officially underway—complete with a brand new website and a reimagined logo.

Yesterday, the beloved barbering company, which you might be surprised to know is nearing its 100th birthday, completely rebranded itself to introduce their new brand focus on championing creativity and artistry. According to a press release, Andis believes creativity makes the world a better place and the company takes pride in developing tools and educational resources to help everyone create their way.

As part of their relaunch, Andis rolled out an inspiring manifesto video titled “Create Your Way” that perfectly sets the tone for the brand’s new chapter that now seeks to highlight those at the center of their business — the creators.

“To the generation of creators, the ones who believe in the power of originality, the ones who stare uncertainty in the face, and move past the doubts, the fears, to find rejuvenation, hope — to us, this is everything,” a narrator shares in the film over rotating images of ranchers preparing to show cattle, hair artist perfecting their craft, and everyday consumers cutting their hair at home.

Speaking on the decision to bring barbers and stylists to the forefront of the brand, Co-CEO Matt Andis shared, “Andis has always been a passionate advocate for the creatives and visionaries in the world, as well as those solving practical challenges with our tools at home. Now, with our elevated brand experience and striking new look, we are focusing on what matters most to our company — our community of creators.”

To coincide with their rebranding, Andis has also introduced a much sleeker and more refined aesthetic that’s evident across their refreshed logo, gorgeous creator-focused imagery, and official website — one that not only allows customers to purchase tools with greater ease but also seek inspiration from the dozen of creators featured in their new Animal and Barber & Stylist Spotlight section.

“Our new brand identity celebrates a new generation of creators,” said Angie Vlasaty Peterson, Andis Company’s Director of Branding. “The stories of customers using our tools to express their creativity has always been our motivation to innovate, and we are excited to showcase their inspiration and passion with our new look. What matters most is the artistic journey our users embark upon with their Andis tools — creating in the manner they prefer — an idea central to our new tagline, ‘Create Your Way.’”
