Beyhive, you ready? After a massively successful relaunch earlier this year, Beyoncé’s Ivy Park x Adidas collaboration is returning with Drip 2.
The singer took to Instagram on Monday to announce the upcoming drop, sharing a scenic photo of a poppy field that read, “This is My Park”, along with the caption, “DRIP 2 October 30.”
On Tuesday, Queen Bey followed up with a second post showcasing a slideshow of images that give a sneak preview of Ivy Park accessories, including embellished eyewear and pearl nameplate necklaces.
Despite the fact that the new collection is set to drop next week, information on pricing and specific items has yet to be revealed. One thing’s for sure: if the collection is anything like its predecessor, then you know it’s going to be good!
Judging by all the reactions online, the Beyhive seems to be in agreement. Not long after the star blessed us all with the good news, social media was abuzz with excitement.
One fan wrote on Twitter: “Me waiting for Beyoncé to send me the new Ivy Park collection.”
Another one shared: “I wonder if Beyoncé plans on sending out a second round of Ivy Park boxes. My box must have gotten lost in the mail last time, but I feel like I’ve proven to her I DESERVE.”
Back in January, Yoncé created a fashion frenzy, among fans and celebrities alike, when she released her first athleisure collection. I mean, who could forget when she gifted giant orange wardrobes containing the ENTIRE collection to some of her famous friends, including Reese Witherspoon, Yara Shahidi, Zendaya, and Cardi B, ahead of the launch? As expected the line sold out in one day and we can only predict that the second installment will do the same.
