With top notes of Algae Absolute LMR, Calone, Green Mandarin, Sicilian Bergamot, Fresh Ginger and Amoise, as the name suggests, this fragrance is intense. Think an Italian Autumn. Deep navy blue packaging and an identical leather wrapped bottle mirror the fragrance’s intensity. Both are 100% giving Mediterranean.
On Homme Intense, Yves Cassar, VP Perfumer said, “I wanted to capture the intense depth and undeniable energy that liberates and defines the identity of the Vince Cameo man.” I tried it, and I’ve got to say it has “energy.”
Quick Review
The 3.4 oz eau de parfum bottle has a nice weight and feels good in the hand when applying. The scent itself has an immediate freshness which I appreciated. Applying directly to the skin in my bathroom, as is common I’d think, was just too intenso. (For me anyway!) I found applying in a mist, outdoors, resulted in a more pleasurable experience.
