The internet’s hairstylist bestie Kendra Alia is bringing her viral online education to pros IRL with an all new tour. Dubbed, “The Trend Tour,” Alia who’s a K18 Ambassador, amika Stylist Collective Member, Kenra Artist and SalonCentric Pro Team Member will hit 9 stops across the US and Puerto Rico before summer ends.
Alia, who was all over Premiere Orlando, tells The Tease, “It’s important for me to be on the road when it comes to education. As I travel, I’ve seen firsthand that there are so many people who are hungry for access to quality education but may not have the resources to get it. That’s why I feel a strong sense of duty — and sometimes even an obligation — to bring education directly to them.”
She adds, “By visiting different cities and states, I’m creating a more accessible and simplified way for others to learn. The more I teach at shows and events, the more I discover which areas are truly eager for education. I make it a priority to include those cities on future tours.” Alia says, “I hope my students walk away not only feeling stronger in their hairstyling techniques and business mindset, but also inspired to keep growing and glowing as artists — especially in an industry that can be incredibly tough.”
