Actress and fashion icon Julianne Moore stunned at the 2025 CFDA Awards with an otherworldly glow. Moore was at the event to give the Founder’s Award to friend Cynthia Rowley, and fully stole the spotlight thanks in part to makeup artist Romy Soleimani.
