Some things are so important they call for a change-up. Volume Up had the opportunity to talk with Kati Rapoza, who is the Advocacy Program Manager for the Professional Beauty Association, as well as Mike Van den Abbeel, the owner of Mosaic Hair Studio in Florida. Jeffery was able to ask both of them for their thoughts on the 800 pieces of legislation that are currently in danger of deregulating licensing in different states. Mike and Kati represent opposing arguments on how government oversight should move forward.
