The celebrity beauty industry is one that is always thriving. With stars like Kylie Jenner, Lady Gaga and Jessica Alba already contributing, it seems like the space can’t get any bigger. However, despite the world being on pause, this year saw many new brands popping up. It appeared that celebrities finally had the time to create something of their own, and we got to see it all unfold!
From skincare to makeup, here are the best celebrity beauty brands that came out of 2020.
Although the line is currently limited, Alicia Keys’ new beauty brand is everything. With a focus on health, wellness and self-care, Keys Soulcare offers something for the body, spirit and mind. The brand’s goal is to go beyond skincare to create a connection with each user. Offerings currently include a candle, a skin cream and a facial roller (with even more to come in 2021!).

Another brand we were gifted with this year is Rihanna’s Fenty Skin. After successfully entering the beauty industry with game-changing makeup in 2017, the singer finally started providing clean skincare products for all skin types and tones. Offering everything from cleansers and creams to sunscreen and serums, Fenty Skin is a one-stop shop for all your skin needs.

Launched back in September, Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty has taken the industry by storm. While Jennifer Lopez’s JLo Beauty technically launches January 1st, fans have been given a sneak peek at the impressive lineup since the beginning of December. With everything from serums to masks, the skincare brand gives users the glow only an icon like JLo can emit. Not to mention, all products are cruelty-free and formulated without harmful ingredients.

Pharrell Williams’ Humanrace is another skincare brand dedicated to helping users feel their best. If the current offerings are any indication, we can’t wait to see what the singer has in store for the brand next year!

Launched back in July, the makeup brand is all about empowering users to embrace their individuality through artistic expression.
