Brace yourselves, Beyhive: the Beyoncé bob is back.
More than five years after Bey last chopped off her signature long locks, the singer just showed off one of her shortest and most dramatic hairstyles yet — and unsurprisingly, we’re all obsessed. On Sunday, her fashion and athleisure brand Ivy Park sent the Internet abuzz when they released photos on Instagram from its new love-inspired collection called “IVY HEART”. While the latest drop is truly stunning and sure to get us all in the mood for Valentine’s Day, we’d be lying if we didn’t admit that Bey’s new blunt bob and bangs pretty much stole all of our attention.
Many fans were quick to show their approval for the singer’s shockingly different ‘do, with some even comparing her new look to Anna Wintour’s iconic blunt bob.
“ITS GIVING CEO OF THE COMPANY,” one person commented, while another wrote, “Ok, Bey Wintour.”
For such a major hair transformation, Beyoncé turned to none other than longtime hairstylist Kim Kimble. Not only did Kimble totally slay this hair look (which all signs point to being a wig), but she also created those ridiculously cool sculptural braids that the singer sports throughout the rest of the campaign.
As if there was any doubt that Beyoncé can literally pull off any hairstyle, these two looks certainly proved it.
