Danger Jones, one of the fastest-growing independent professional hair color brands has added two senior sales executives to the team with the aim of supporting its continued global expansion and deepening partnerships with salon professionals and distributors worldwide.
Brian Ord is now the Senior Vice President of Sales, North America and Andrea Bragato is now Senior Vice President of Sales, Europe & UK. These strategic hires mark a significant step forward as Danger Jones continues to scale its footprint across 43 countries, strengthening its ability to deliver best-in-class products, education, and artist support to the professional beauty community. Earlier this month, the brand launched Epilogue, its first permanent hair color collection.

Ord joins Danger Jones following nearly two decades with CosmoProf Beauty, the brand’s largest North American distribution partner. Throughout his tenure, Ord led high-performing sales teams across multiple regions, driving sustained growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with salon professionals nationwide. In his new role, he will oversee North American sales strategy and execution as Danger Jones continues its rapid expansion across the U.S. and Canada.
Andrea Bragato

Bragato brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience scaling premium professional haircare brands. Most recently serving in senior international roles at K18 Hair and Olaplex, Bragato helped drive expansion into more than 100 countries while building and leading global sales organizations. At Danger Jones, he will lead European and UK sales strategy, distributor development, and regional growth initiatives.
