Get Coachella Queen Alessandra Ambrosio’s Day 1 Hairstyle with Tips from Dimitris Giannetos

04/14/2023

Coachella 2023 is officially upon us and we are ready for the #hairinspo! No surprise, celebs, like supermodel and festival vet Alessandra Ambrosio, content creators and their glam teams have descended on Indio, California in a big way. We connected with celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos, who’s working with Ambrosio all weekend long, to chat about how to recreate her instantly iconic day 1 style.

“For Alessandra’s Coachella day one look, we decided to give a little boho vibe to her hair to match her beautiful outfit,” says Dimitris.

Ahead, Dimitris shares exactly how he created this effortless style — perfect for festival season — with exclusively UNITE Hair products.

Get the Look:

  1. I prepped Alessandra’s towel-dried hair with UNITE’s LIQUID Volume ($32.00) to add texture, body and workable hold before blow drying.
  2. After blow drying the hair with a round brush, I sprayed U:DRY High Volumizing Dry Shampoo ($33.00) to add a little texture, volume and grit before adding in S-waves with a flat iron.
  3. For an extra festival touch, I added a few baby braids in the front with some pink accents
  4. To finish, I secured the braids with the flake-free, extra strong-hold SESSION-MAX Spray ($33.00) to lock in the look and tame frizz, all day and night.

Ambrosio is clearly a fan of this versatile style, posting the below to her Instagram!
