Joico Goes All In On the Skinification of the Scalp With New Scalp Vitality Collection

05/02/2025

Joico has been at the forefront of so many new great things this year. Between celebrating their 50th anniversary this year and announcing Kate Hudson as their first ever Global Celebrity Spokesperson, Joico has been making great strides that have really highlighted and revitalized the brand.

But that’s not all, Joico also just released their new Scalp Vitality Collection, which consists of a customized, multi-step scalp routine that mimics skin care routines.

Their newest launch proves that the skinification of scalp care is here to stay, and so are products that address your scalp’s skin concerns. The new collection is an integrated “barrier-care routine,” that’s created to foment beautifully healthy, shiny, and manageable hair.

Made up of three steps, the Scalp Vitality Collection includes the Scalp Vitality Refreshing Shampoo, a Scalp Vitality Exfoliating Foaming Scrub, and the Scalp Vitality Replenishing Essence

All of them together are supposed to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the scalp. The essence, my favorite addition and one I don’t often see in collection drops, is the solution for a dry, itchy scalp. The formula is micro-biome-friendly and hydrates and rebalances the scalp’s natural protective barrier. Plus, it comes in a spray bottle for easy application. And the best part is that you can use it daily to reduce the scalp itchiness and it wont make your scalp oily.
