Guy Tang suggests using #LiftMeUp Passion Bright Blonde Liquid Toner by #Mydentity for this look. This toner allows for up to 6 levels of lift and will allow anyone to achieve that glowy complexion. Apply this product on the hair in smaller sections and let each section process for a few minutes.
For those with a darker base, it is crucial to keep the color as natural as possible. For darker brunettes, Tang suggests only lifting the hair 2 levels to keep a seamless blend between the colors.
