Big things are happening at PRAVANA.
The professional hair color and care company announced on Aug. 28th the promotion and new hire of key team members on their Sales, Marketing, Communications and Digital teams. With these new roles and hires, the brand hopes that they can better adapt their priorities and business practices to the ever-changing environment of the beauty industry.

The PRAVANA team is full of passion, talent, ambition and resilience, with a strong focus on empowering our stylist through all aspects of our business.”
Here are all the details on their team updates.
Meryl Berdinka, who most recently served as the Director of Sales for the East Coast, has been promoted to the Director of Field Sales. In her new and expanded role, she will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the brand’s new field sales approach while leading the Sales team. Meryl reports to John Miller, PRAVANA Vice President of Sales and Education.
Lisette Cruz is now the Director of Brand Marketing. She previously served as the brand’s Senior Product Development Manager. In her new role, she is responsible for driving the development of the brand, overseeing and collaborating with product development, and leading the Marketing Team as they grow the brand’s performance across existing and new channels. Lisette reports to Michelle Chandler, General Manager of PRAVANA.
Alanna Littlepage has been promoted to Director of Communications from her previous role of Senior Communications Manager. In her new role, Alanna will be responsible for PRAVANA’s internal and external strategic communications plans, public relations, advertising, as well as PRAVANA’s philanthropic efforts and more. She reports to Michelle Chandler, General Manager of PRAVANA.
Anna Yum comes to PRAVANA as their newest Digital Marketing Director. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading PRAVANA’s digital initiatives, including e-comm, CRM, social media and analytics. She reports to Michelle Chandler, General Manager of PRAVANA.
Tierney Wickline, who’s been with the brand for 4 years, has been promoted to Social Media Manager from her previous role as Digital Marketing Specialist. In her new role, she is responsible for maximizing brand awareness through social media efforts and managing influencer relations. Tierney reports to Anna Yum, Digital Marketing Director.
Aditi Sheth joins PRAVANA as their new Senior Brand Manager. She is responsible for driving brand growth by leading the development of the go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns for key customers. Most recently, Aditi was the Marketing Manager for the prestige skincare brand Murad. With her new role, she will report to Lissette Cruz, Director Brand Marketing.
Bringing over five years of product development experience as well as experience working as a licensed stylist, Stephanie Armenta has been promoted to Product Development Manager. She will be responsible for coordinating product development projects from ideation to execution, overseeing packaging art, leading industry research, and more. Stephanie reports to Lisette Cruz, Director of Brand Marketing.
Having previously worked at Coty, Rebeca Chamorro joins PRAVANA as Brand Manager. In her new role, she is responsible for helping drive the global brand strategy, developing innovation and product storytelling while executing go-to-market plans to maximize sales. Rebeca reports to Aditi Sheth, Senior Brand Manager.
