Award season is our favorite time of the year as Hollywood’s biggest stars serve glitz and glamour. And last night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards were no different! The 27th annual show took place virtually, but we still saw some impressive hair, fashion and makeup. From soft glam and rosy cheeks to smokey eyes and gorgeous brows, here are our favorite makeup moments from the 2021 SAG Awards.
Viola Davis
No surprise here, Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role winner Viola Davis brought poise and perfection to her SAG glam. Thanks to makeup artist Autumn Moultrie, the Ma Rainey’s Black Bottomstar’s red lip and shimmering eye was everything.
Amy Adams
Nominated for her role in Hillbilly Elegy, Amy Adams was a vision in black at last night’s event. The actress’ soft look was perfectly complemented by a cat eye, rosy cheeks and glossy lip from makeup artist Stephen Sollitto.
Emma Corrin
Emma Corrin has been slaying her red carpet glam all awards season! Nominated for Outstanding Performance for her work in The Crown, her glowy makeup crafted by Florrie White proves that star can stun on and off the screen.
Jurnee Smollett
Another look we’re obsessing over from last night’s award show is this award-worthy glam on Jurnee Smollett. Created by makeup artist Emily Cheng, Smollett’s statement liner paired with pink lip took her Zuhair Murad ensemble to the next level.
Gillian Anderson
Rocking another gorgeous look crafted by Florrie White, Gillian Anderson was a dream in red as she accepted the award for Outstanding Performance. Her gorgeous eye shadow, rosy cheeks and defined brows showed that even soft glam can still be a standout.
Kerry Washington
We’re still reeling over Kerry Washington’s entire SAG ‘fit, but we’re mostly obsessed with her gorgeous glam. Makeup artist Carol Gonzalez served the purple shadow and nude lip of our dreams with this look!
Cynthia Erivo
Cynthia Erivo’s classic glam from Terrel Mullin left our jaws on the floor! Paired with a gorgeous Alexander McQueen gown, the Harriet actress’ glowing skin, long lashes and shimmering shadow looked radiant among the other attendees.
Nicole Kidman
Soft glam really was all the rage at this year’s SAG Awards. Thanks to makeup artist Kyra Panchenko, The Undoing star Nicole Kidman got in on the trend and slayed. Paired with an embroidered Armani dress and side braid, her entire look was on point.
Mindy Kaling
Rocking a gorgeous blue gown and slicked back hair, Mindy Kaling stunned as she presented at the award show. Makeup artist Janice Kinjo supplied the Never Have I Ever creator with the perfect eyebrows, eye liner and glossy lip. And we’re obsessed!
Daisy Ridley
Last but not least, Daisy Ridley served glamour and grace at the SAG Awards. Thanks to makeup artist Kelly Cornwell, the Star Wars actress looked perfect in her natural brow and statement eye shadow.
