A Collina Strada runway show always delivers on drama and FW26 was no exception. The show’s theme, “The World is a Vampire,” really inspired the direction for hair allowing lead Mustafa Yanaz, for Bumble and bumble, to experiment with grotesquely glamorous shapes.
Yanaz tells The Tease, “For Fall Winter 2026 we created four distinct looks and each one has its own personality. It was about exaggeration, shape, and playing with proportion while pushing hair into sculptural territory and keeping the texture authentic.”
Read on for a detailed breakdown on each of the four looks including the exact products Yanaz and team used to get the models runway ready.

Look 1: BIG Wig

- “The first look is all about drama and height. We placed a large teased wig directly on top of the model’s natural hair to exaggerate volume, then added colored extensions to elongate the silhouette while keeping it slightly shorter in the back for shape and proportion.
- I layered Thickening High Drama Styling Foam generously through the base to build structure and support, followed by Prêt-à-powder Dry Shampoo Powder to create grip and a dry texture.
- Thickening Dryspun Texture Spray helped expand the shape and create that airy lift. The goal was bold, playful, and unapologetically big, hair that almost felt animated.”
Look 2: The Swirl

- “The second look is The Swirl, which was inspired by my son. He recently started wearing hats because it’s been cold outside, and at the end of the day when he takes his hat off his hair forms this natural swirl that looks almost backcombed and twisted in certain areas. It is slightly chaotic but beautiful. To recreate that feeling I started with Prêt-à-powder Dry Shampoo Powder to create grip and root lift.
- Then I layered Thickening Dryspun Texture Spray for texture and separation. It is a controlled disorder with intentional imperfection that feels effortless and real.”

Look 3: Square

- “The third look is the Square. We created wigs crafted into bold geometric shapes and placed them over the models’ natural hair to create a strong architectural silhouette. The inspiration leaned 80s, and when you see them they almost feel like they are from a vampire movie but in the best way.
- Thickening High Drama Styling Foam gave us the foundation and Spray de Mode Flexible Hold Hairspray locked in the structure. It is very strong but still flexible, which is essential when you want to maintain sharpness without stiffness. The impact comes from the precision of the outline.”

Look 4: Teased Texture

- “The fourth look is Teased Texture. The top of the head is brushed smooth and close while the mid lengths and ends are brushed out and expanded to create volume and softness.
- I used Thickening Dryspun Texture Spray to add dimension and separation through the ends. It is intentionally not overly planned. It is about embracing texture and seeing how the hair wants to move so the result feels instinctive rather than overworked, polished at the crown and expressive through the lengths.”
