Redken’s Symposium is Going on Tour Next Year, And We Have All the Details

12/13/2022

Redken is giving salon pros everywhere even more of a reason to look forward to 2023. The haircare brand recently announced that its beloved Symposium franchise will be officially back in-person next year. This time around the event will have a brand-new intimate format and events happening across the globe.

With the 2023 Redken Symposium on Tour: The Power Connection, stylists will be given the opportunity to have face-to-face connections that matter and to learn from Redken artists and ambassadors. This epic tour will first kick off in Orlando, Florida (March 19 & 20) before stopping in Dallas, Texas (June 11 & 12) and then off to Europe (Fall 2023) and Latin America (Date TBA). Throughout each of the two-day stops, stylists will be introduced to powerful education, dynamic entertainment, and connections that will last a lifetime. Ultimately, Redken’s goal with this event is to help stylists gain more tools and knowledge to service their clients better and excel in the hairdressing industry so that stylists can “LEARN BETTER. EARN BETTER. AND LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES.”

Given that Redken Symposium on Tour theme is The Power Connection, it will focus on bringing professional stylists a curated collective of industry shakers and leaders in the Redken Power Network, including notables such as Sam Villa, Tracey Cunningham, Adrienne Dara, Leysa Carrillo, Philip Foresto, Daniel Mora, and more. Stylists can expect to be provided the most relevant education, business tips, and product technology that will help ignite inspiration and allow them to provide the best services to power up their businesses.

“At Redken, our mission is to ensure that all stylists live their very best life,” says Sheri Doss, VP of Global Events & Experience at Redken and the Professional Products Division’s American Brands. “This happens by fostering connections with industry professionals, inspiring each other to be the very best and delivering power-fueled education that meets evolving needs of the modern stylist. We developed The Power Connection to meet the way the stylists are consuming their education today—focused, meaningful, and fun!”

As far as the schedule of the events, day one of the tour will consist of short, focused demonstrations by powerhouse stylists. To celebrate the conclusion of the first day, Redken will be hosting an energy-filled Redken Bash, with music from the Vargas Brothers and Redken’s very own Sheri Doss, special performances, and even more surprises throughout the night. Following the Redken Bash, day two will see the return of industry favorite artists rotation on the mainstage, sharing what has made them most successful. Attendees will hear from a variety of inspirational stylists, who will share their unique journeys, keys to success, and how they continue to break boundaries in the hair industry. Throughout both days, Redken will also be introducing new, breakthrough technologies on the gallery floor as well as fan-favorite logowear.

At its core, the first-ever Redken Symposium on Tour: The Power Connection is all about bringing stylists the network and knowledge to build a successful and fulfilling career. If you’re interested in doing just that, make sure to mark your calendars and reserve your tickets.
