As the never-ending summer continues into fall, singer Zara Larsson’s iconic glam keeps transcending seasons. For her two-night headline run at the Greek Theatre on the “Midnight Sun” tour, celebrity makeup artist Loftjet brought in another icon to help: Beautyblender.
“I wanted the look to feel like a hyper-real prism colliding with Zara’s Endless Summer fantasy. Turquoise, blue and orange became the foundation, with flashes of nearly every color of the rainbow woven throughout. More than anything, I wanted this night to feel like the culmination of the world Zara has built over the past year—the most heightened, euphoric version of that fantasy,” Loftjet shares.
The Steps
- To build the base layer of Zara’s skin, Loftjet pressed foundation and concealer in with the Original Makeup Sponge, keeping the complexion smooth and luminous.
- Next, he used the Cheeky Mid-Sized Makeup Sponge for blush and glitter, giving the skin the prismatic reflection Zara is so well known for.
